Soon to be an independent feature film
In this comic thriller a recently divorced, penniless New York science fiction author is hired to write the official biography of an iron-fisted president. He soon becomes a target in the Balkans when labeled an enemy spy.
The screenplay is based on a true story and takes place in 1997. In May of 2002 Joe performed a one-man theatrical version of the story at Dixon Place Theater in NYC to a sold-out crowd.
Shooting will take place in Zagreb, Sarajevo and New York.
